We hired North Wood’s Roofing to repair leaks from the roof of our Lanai, and to repair areas around the chimney on the house roof.
Despite numerous efforts, the lanai roof leaks are still present.
There are visible gaps on the shingles that were replaced and uneven application of materials used for the repair. They were called out at least five times for the same issues.
We were told that they were losing money on this job by both the project manager and the owner. The fact that this was mentioned to us at all to us was very unprofessional. If the job had been done correctly from the beginning, there would have been no need to continue to call them back.
Given the extreme substandard “work” and unacceptable conduct of all the workers, it created an uncomfortable environment during what should have been a routine service.
Northwoods roofing has been great. They are experienced in the roofing business and have people working for them that know what they’re doing and they’re hard-working, And they don’t play around they get the job done! We are very happy that we found them and chose them to do our roof. Thank you, North Woods!
