Start of the project was great. Then it went downhill. I had to reach out to for estimate information. Reasonable, and they were recommended. Work was delayed, another emergency, NOT a problem. I was told quote would be OVER estimated, just in case. GREAT. They spent way less time on project but invoice was same as quote. No itemized quote or invoice.
I called Ocean View Plumbing at 7:30AM on Black Friday morning. Within 20 minutes they arrived at our house to diagnose a hot water issue. Within 15 minutes they resolved it! They are the only Plumbing company that will get our business. Fast, knowledgeable, and honest.
Our water heater started leaking late. We went to Lowes and bought one. A friend installed it so we would have hot water that evening and the next morning Ocean View came and checked it and brought everything up to code. Very satisfied with their work and friendly servicemen!
