Unbelievable assistance to a mystery matter which O’Grady resolved seamlessly! I actually had another plumbing co. do work prior and they left behind a matter, called them for follow up and they never responded. Contacted O’Grady for help and they were willing to assess the prior work. They did so in a professional and diligent manner. Asking all the right questions to execute the job and resolved the mystery of the other company’s negligence. They were totally on top of scheduling, confirming appointment via text and email to update service arrival status…AMAZING! Very professional. I’m so impressed! I’m pretty picky and usually don’t review, but I was beyond grateful for O’Grady’s willingness to help out. Call them! They’re for real!
