I don’t do reviews but felt One Construction truly deserved a review. First of all, a rep came to my house, assessed the roof, sat down and had a conversation with me. I did not feel pressured toward any particular roof type, color or timing. I was educated on the different types of roofs available with comparable prices and given the info so I could take my time deciding. They were very patient with my many questions. I was concerned about the expected rain and before I called, I received a call assuring me they were watching the weather also and would post pone removing old roof avoiding possibly exposing what’s under shingle to rain. They were on time each day, the yard was left immaculate each day also. I have a garden and potted plants close to house in the back and they made sure they were not damaged. Any time I called, I spoke with someone. They even replaced the pipes covering I recently had done with an enclosure process to make me feel comfortable. They worked very cohesive as a team.One Construction provided the type of customer service that’s very hard to experience these day. They are truly a top notch, A1 company!
From start to finish, One Construction was amazing.
They had the most competitive pricing and the best communication out of any of the other companies we had out for an estimate. They made the entire process very easy, and never hesitated to spend as much time as needed to answer any questions throughout the project.
They staged their trailer and materials two days before beginning. Come Monday, the crew was tearing off the old roof right at 7am. Inspections passed first time and it only took one more day to put the new roof on. Four days total from the time they began removing the old roof until the new roof was completed. And that’s only because two of those days were for two separate inspections. Incredibly fast and efficient work.
The team was VERY thorough when it came to cleaning. I lost count how many times I saw them with magnets and buckets picking up as they went. They were respectful of my property as if it was their own.
Punctual, professional, and polite. I’ve already referred two other friends to One Construction. If you’re reading these reviews and considering a roof, I can assure you this is the right company to go with.
We would highly recommend using One Construction & Roofing Contractors based on our experience. The estimate we received was the best out of 5 bids and the quality of work was exceptional. From removal to completion, it only took them 3 days for our new shingle roof to be installed, and the team took great care to thoroughly clean up our property upon completion.

When you get the best and at the best / great price, with unmatched service the decision is very simple. Call them first. Two other contractors did not even do a follow up. Completing our roof in approx 12 hours from start to finish also says it all, impressive.
We decided on One Construction after getting four estimates. Evandro, the Project Manager, was the only person to actually get a ladder out and walk my roof to see it for himself. The other companies only sent me emails with estimates and one company came out, but never went on the roof. I found his attention to detail and explanation of our different options to be superior to the competition so we decided to go with them. I have to say throughout the process he was very communicative and answered any questions and concerns I had. He made it clear that he has his phone on him 24/7 and that I can contact him anytime with any concerns, which I did on several occasions and he always got right back to me. This was pretty impressive. He explained the process, the timeline of the entire job and each stage of the job. There were no delays throughout the process. He did say if the weather was bad one day they wouldn’t be able to work but we got lucky that week with great weather. Their workers came out and really busted hump. I was impressed with their work ethic. From the tear off, paper (peel & stick) and drip edge/flashing crew to the metal crew to the clean up crew, all these guys really worked hard and too pride in their work. They even came back to my property on several occasions with little magnetic sweepers to ensure they got all loose screws and cuttings removed from my property. Not sure if all roofing companies are to this detail, but I was impressed by this as two of the visits were after I made final payment and the deal was complete. I would recommend One Construction & Roofing to anyone who asks me for a roofing company reference. These guys do a good job and are a local business we can feel good about supporting.
