I had an absolute Amazing experience with the Orlando Roofing Company. They were easy to work with on my school schedule, spent time explaining the repair process, worked with speed and accuracy, and did beautiful work. I had a large leak in two areas of my roof that needed repair, as well as interior drywall and ceiling work. All were completed to a high standard over 3 days. I would recommend them to anyone who has roofing needs.
I recently had a new roof installed by Orlando Roofing Company adn I am so happy with the results! The roof looks amazing, the price was very reasonable and the project was completed on time. The crew was professional and effecient, and they cleaned up after themselves daily. Alex was so easy to work with, super responsive and kept me in the loop on all progress and even checked in after the roof was installed for any issues. If I ever need roof repairs I will not hesitate to use them again.
I had a lot of issues with this company. The owner is a rude elderly man. The staff was kind whenever I call, but 99% of the time could not answer the most simple questions. They damaged my flower bed and left nails on my property. I would not recommend or use them again. DO NOT SIGN anything they give you same day, take it, read it, and do your research…the owner is very dishonest and rude…last thing they did not remove the lien/NOC after payment. I call the city and they said since the contractor has not filed the proper paper work to have it removed I will have to provide the city with a notarized form smh. Nothing but headaches from start to finish. I’ve call the office so many times asking them to remove this from my home, and they say they will and they still haven’t months later.
