After several attempts with other companies to eliminate our rat problem, we turned to Palm Coast Pest Control and are pleased to say they resolved the issue. You will not find a more knowledgeable and informative expert than Kyle, who accurately diagnosed our situation, tailored a solution based on our older home’s issues, which included a thorough examination of the house, closing off access points top to bottom, correcting previous vendors’ mistakes, even advising us on storing food during the abatement, all before the traps and bait boxes were set. He then came by 3 times a week to check the traps. Proof is in the results. With other vendors, they set traps anywhere and everywhere and never caught a thing, likely because of the poor job of closing off entry/exit points first which we’ve since learned is key. In contrast, one night after Kyle set the traps we heard one go off in the attic, and he removed the dead rat the next day. By the end, there were at least 3 eliminated that we know of. Highly recommend Kyle and company if you are facing a stubborn issue like this.
I can’t say enough positive things about Kyle F. at Palm Coast! Within days of calling he was at my home with a quote and a plan. He explained every step in the process to me along the way and helped me identify a few savings when the original plan was more than I wanted to spend. Very knowledgable, clearly passionate about what he does, reliable, communicative. Etc. Our issue was totally resolved within weeks. Thanks again Kyle!
