I’ve included several “before” images so you could imagine Patrick Roofing’s starting point. Clearly badly needed a new roof on my Melbourne FL, fixer upper. Patrick Roofing, and Brian H put me at ease from the outset . The quote was clear, succinct and professionally presented. We had several companies provide quotes for both a shingle and metal roof replacement. Out of the 8 legitimate estimates we received, Patrick Roofing stood out as the most qualified due to their excellent presentation, stellar ratings and customer reviews. Patrick Roofing did an EXCELLENT job replacing our shingle roof! The entire process from start to finish was outstanding! EVERYONE involved truly cares about doing an exceptional job! ALL of the folks involved were all EXTREMELY knowledgeable, experienced, skilled, personable, courteous, helpful and pleasant. They all politely answered all of the numerous questions I had about the process. Jason did the initial assessment / quote and gave a detailed pictorial presentation of exactly what would be done replacing our roof (which was great!). When I had a particular question about an ‘unusual situation’ on my roof, Patrick (the owner!) came out to look at it in person and answer my question! This is truly ‘above and beyond’ customer service … extremely impressive! The Office Staff (Hailey and Scott) were extremely helpful and pleasant. Scott also did a great job coordinating the drop-off and pick-up of the dumpster and delivery of roofing supplies. The on-site roofing crew foremen (Lenno and David) were also very skilled, knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. The entire roofing crew arrived early each day, got right to work, worked very hard, did an excellent job, and also did an amazing cleanup job afterwards! Sean did a great job finishing some final details on the roof and Conner (the Project Manager) did a great job keeping me informed of the status of the project. The entire process was extremely smooth, and the payment terms were great! Patrick Roofing also does/includes a few additional / improved things that the other three roofers I got quotes from do not, and Patrick Roofing’s estimate was slightly lower than the other three! Even if Patrick Roofing’s estimated had been slightly higher than the other three, I still would have had Patrick Roofing do the job because of: the extra things they do and include; the quality and genuine care they put into ensuring they do an excellent, meticulous job; the knowledge, experience, and integrity of everyone associated with the company; and their outstanding customer service! My wife and I are extremely happy with our new roof! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Patrick Roofing!
Patrick Roofing did an outstanding job on our Gable roof 15 years ago. The shingles weathered numerous storms but it was that magical, mythical 15 years where shingles need to be retired that drove us to have the shingles replaced. We started with a quote for a new shingle roof, then decided to go with a metal one.
Their quote was very competitive with two other local companies that also quoted us prices for metal and shingles. My wife and I decided to go with Patrick Roofing because of the last quality job they did for us. We understood their business approach which is educate the Customer on the roofing materials they will be getting installed, provide great service, and answer all questions and concerns in a timely fashion. Once again, they did a fantastic job and the roof installation went without an issue. The roofing crew was outstanding and everyone in the office was very responsive and helpful.
One of the unique aspects of our roof was the Gables on either end of the roof which had siding installed. They carefully removed all the siding and reinstalled without any problems. Mother nature didn’t disappoint and directly after the roof was installed, we had a few rainy days to test the new installation. All was perfect! But we had no doubts!
We would recommend Patrick Roofing for anyone in the market for new shingles or a metal roof. Great team to work with! Special thanks to Brian and Scott for their help throughout the process and a big thanks to the installation crew!
