My contractor referred me to Peak Builders for my roofing repairs. I met with the project manager, Enrique, who submitted a very detailed bid of my job. Enrique is very professional and knowledgeable in his trade and helped me to seamlessly make every decision on how to proceed.
There was a lot more termite damage than I had expected but the Peak Builder’s team took it all in stride. They quickly and carefully repaired everything while installing 4 new skylights, too.
Even my neighbors commented on how professional the roofing team conducted their work in a very challenging and tightly knit neighborhood.
Enrique and his job foreman Raphael orchestrated the necessary repairs and brought the process along to a beautiful conclusion. The whole team is very diligent and professional.

I was experiencing leaking and my concrete tile roof was due for a lift and reset. Enrique provided great detail and communication all throughout the duration of the project, start to finish. His team was able to start sooner than expected, but took a couple days longer than originally estimated. No issues with the duration. It truly shows that the team took care in doing a good job. They even cleaned up after themselves each day.
Peak roofers did superb job on my roof. My roof is very steep and has curved eaves. The roofers were extremely skilled and my interactions with them were very professional. Ryan, the project manager, responded quickly when I had questions during the installation process. The installation was completed with very high standards. My roof looks amazing.!!
Peak Builders did a great job on our roof. They were able to also take down and replace the water and electric solar panels so everything was well coordinated. They worked fast and efficiently. They also communicated well every step of the process. The price was fair for the quality of service. I would use Peak Builders for future projects because they value quality work and open communication.
We had nearly our entire interior repainted with new baseboards, and had all new solid core interior doors hung with new casings.
The level of communication and flexibility from Eli and Judah were above and beyond what has sadly become the norm today. We had a slight glitch with our door supplier which set the project back a few days in terms of scheduling. The crew was flexible and professional and the entire team took it in stride and worked with us to complete the project as quickly as possible.
The attention to detail was above our expectations!
We had a few last minute changes and requests, and again, the team was flexible and open to keep the customer happy.

The biggest thing that stands out, is the quick response and actual communication as things are unfolding in real time. That alone is worth any price in my book.
