Very professional, great prices, and got to my house within hours of me calling.
Called the company twice, first encounter was with a gentleman that talked to me like I was crazy about what needed fixing in my home. He basically told me I didn’t have a problem but told me someone would call me back. My home warranty company told me otherwise. I never received a call. I was trying to give this company a chance since they came highly reviewed by the website and a friend. So, I called back a few days later and was told you will get a call by a technician today. Still haven’t received a call a week later. I just don’t know.
Made appointment for him to go check a leak and he didn’t go so we rescheduled, and again he didn’t show up or got back to me to let me know he couldn’t make it; you have to be calling him and good luck if he answers.
Very professional, dependable, cost efficient not over priced for quality work service guys are nice respectful young men enjoyed them while in my home highly recommend this company
