The day before the roofing job, the owner and the lead foreman came to my home to explain everything that would happen. The owner told me not to worry about moving anything or covering items, as his crew would take care of all plants, shrubs, windows, path lights, and even the pool. When the team of five experienced roofers arrived, I was amazed to see that everything was indeed covered, including the pool. I didn’t need to say a word. The crew was not only professional but also very friendly. Once the roofing was finished, their cleanup was thorough. They made sure the deck and pool area were spotless and free of nails, even around my home. When they were done, it was as if no one had been there. I was truly impressed by the owner’s roofing expertise. I did receive two other estimates from local companies, and I mentioned this to the owner. Both of those companies suggested I needed plywood installed over my existing planks due to their condition, which would have cost an additional $5,000 to $7,000. However, the owner’s work is top-notch, and while he may not be the cheapest option, he is absolutely the best. The crew delivered excellent, professional results. This company doesn’t rely on expensive advertising; their outstanding workmanship speaks for itself.
