Another 5 star review to add to the list. Our insurance company was denying us insurance at the end of the year unless we had our 18 year old roof replaced. I got four estimates, with all the estimates being within $2000 of each other. At the end of the day my wife and I decided to go with Perfect Roofing due to the positive reviews and we weren’t disappointed. Emanuel patiently waited for us to decide on a color and quickly started the project once we were ready. The installation took about a week and all inspections passed. Emanuel made a point to make sure we got all the permits approved and closed during the Christmas / New Years holidays in order to get my House insurance renewed. Throughout the process we were given accurate estimates on when different jobs would be started and completed. I highly recommend Perfect Roofing to any of my neighbors.
