Jacob will not do you wrong, I highly recommend this business! He helped walk me through what to do about a frozen pipe when I was in a panic, and later helped us with a more long-term solution to help prevent it from happening again. He is very professional and respectful, and I felt comfortable when he came to our home. He also uses super helpful and user-friendly invoice and appointment reminder systems! We have other plumbing projects we would like to get completed in our home and we will absolutely be a repeat customer to Pipecraft Plumbing for those projects. Thank you, Jacob!

We had a fantastic experience working with Pipecraft when replacing the water heater in our home, and we highly recommend their services. Every staff member we interacted with throughout the process was incredibly kind and professional. Both Jacob and Trevor are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the different options available for our specific situation. We received quotes from several plumbing companies and Pipecraft’s was the best. It snowed on the morning of our install, and I was incredibly impressed when the install team shoveled our walkway for us so that they wouldn’t track any snow into the house. They laid down floor protectors throughout our house and were incredibly professional and courteous. Thank you Pipecraft!
I’ve had a dripping bathtub faucet for longer than I wish to share and finally decided to get it fixed. I looked on Reddit and there were a lot of recommendations for Pipecraft so I decided to give them a try.
Steve came out and gave me a fair estimate and was done insanely fast. I was so impressed I booked a main line drain cleaning for the following week and again got great service. I’m happy I now have a plumber I can trust.
