As both a homeowner and landlord in Boulder, I have found Planet Plumbing to be one of the most professional, capable, and reasonable businesses that I have ever worked with. Their front desk people are friendly and responsive; their technicians are knowledgeable, skilled, and prompt; and their prices fair and straightforward.
Today, Planet Plumbing has again provided exceptional service. I had a water heater malfunctioning this morning. Planet Plumbing sent an excellent technician (Sam) to my house within an hour of calling them, and he was able to reset my water heater and quickly got it working again. He even took pictures of the suspect part, so that Planet Plumbing could have it on hand if the situation happened again. At this point, I am relieved when my house or a tenant has a plumbing issue (instead of some other kind) because I know I can just call Planet Plumbing and they’ll handle it.
Always great experience with Planet Plumbing. I have used them at my home and my mother’s house in Boulder. They are always easy to reach, prompt, polite and stand by their work. Most recent experience was with Ryan. Definitely recommend!

I am a maintenance supervisor with over 60 cabins and community buildings in our purview. The Planet Plumbing team has responded to several issues that can come up here, whether frozen / broken pipes, cleanouts, offset ancient sewage lines and coordinating with the city on some projects.
I had Saul and Larry out here 2 weeks ago and they did a great job scoping the line and providing the info we need to maintain our buildings up here.

Planet really helped us out in a pinch. We were dealing with the inspection objection when trying to sell our home, which meant that we had a very small window with which to get our sewer line scoped and cleared because the buyer’s plumber had found an obstruction. While our agent made the initial outreach, I worked directly with the scheduler and also got to speak with Mike, the professional they sent out. In every interaction they were great. Mike is a seasoned pro and it makes all of the difference. He knew exactly what was going on and what needed to be done to get everything taken care of on time. He even worked on his day off to make sure we could access the video and report. Great service, great equipment, great people to work with.
