We called Precision & were given an appointment in the same week. The technician called before arriving, and was on time. Joe was extremely friendly & professional. The carpets were cleaned perfectly, and were dry in a few hours.

Precision Carpet came to clean my carpets today, and I was very impressed. Lately I’ve had some bad experiences with people saying they will provide a service and either do it poorly, show up late, or don’t show up at all. I’m actually waiting for an install, when day of delivery they told me they can’t find it, and have to reorder it, so it will be at least another month or more. Anyway, Joe from Precision was very accommodating on my appointment, called me when he was 15-20 mins away, and the job was more than I could have hoped for. I thought the price was more than fair, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. I know I carried on but it’s just so nice when someone finally does their job and does it really well. Thank you so much.

! I’m sorry but 375 dollars didn’t even do my whole house . I just moved on from the price . But then I come out to my toilet brush on the sink with the bathroom garbage can on the sink what ! Who does that . The bottom of my floor vacuum on top of my coffee maker . And my kitchen garbage can on the counter . Didn’t put any of the furniture back .. We literally just told him we had company coming over tonight and that’s even why we were getting the floors done . All he did was overcharge us And caused us way more work ! I’m sorry but I highly don’t recommend this place . Should have stuck with our regular guy that usually does it .. 🙁
Updated .. I’m sorry but tells you a lot about them by there response . As you see how they respond to others who spoke out about them . No sorry how can I fix that nothing . That’s absolutely not how you run a business. I hope you change things otherwise you won’t be in business for very much longer.
