We used Prime Roofing to replace the roof on my father-in-law’s house last week and they did an excellent job. Their representative, Andrew, also communicated well and was a pleasure to do business with. Their price was very competitive and they also gave us a military discount. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend this business.
Prime Roofing has been the easiest company to work with since moving to JAX. While getting some work done to the house we did extensive research on who to use for our new roof. Prime Roofing was one of 5 companies we looked into. They were by far the easiest ones to communicate with, ask a ton of questions and they never gave any push back. 2 years later we came across what we thought was a small issue. Mark (I believe the owner) called us back and sent out Adam within 48 hours. Adam worked quickly and explained everything as he did it. They stand by their workmanship, proud of it and they’ve proved that.
My roof was impacted by hurricane Irma. I found out about Mark from Prime Roofing from one of my friends as she put a call out for roofers on Facebook. I’m sooooo glad I contacted him!!! He was very patient with me as I had several questions for him and I had to repeat some of my questions for my clarification. He wanted to make sure I understood the process. He explained the various types of roofing he offered and with his help and the help of friends & family decided on the perfect roof for me and I simply LOVE it!!! This weekend I’m going to power wash my house and then paint it to compliment my roof.
Mark’s assistant was also fantastic and the crew that worked on my roof was awesome! Before leaving they made sure to clean up the entire area completely. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication.
Prime Roofing does a remarkable job managing the 4Ps: PRESENTATION, PLANNING, PERFORMANCE AND PICK-UP. From the presentation of what we needed for our home, to the planning stages ensuring all the legal steps are properly taken, to the performance of the installation crew and finally the pick-up of the refuse, Prime was the best company. I know because the 3rd party company that picked up the garbage stated that they only work with Prime and two other companies. Thanks again.
