I had a situation where another company was going to take care of my roof in the beginning. But after all the assessments and dealing with my insurance agent. That company walked away. I am glad that I had initially called Brian Gardner to come and assess my roof. I explained my situation and he understood my concerns and coordinated my roof project. He fought for me with the insurance agent and got everything that I needed. As a single parent, his actions helped me tremendously. I appreciate everything Brian did and will recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy person who likes doing the right thing and works hard for people like me. Thanks Brian.

Patryk Holly was my project manager, he scheduled my job and made sure it went off without a hitch. Handled all the insurance paperwork and the entire job was completed in 3 days (very large job). Their crews where courteous and showed up on time and worked late getting my complicated roof done quickly. Did a nice job cleaning up and where consciousness of my landscaping and plants. Highly recommend!
If you’re considering hiring priority roofing, think twice. My experience with them was a nightmare of poor communication, surprise charges, damage to my property, poor workmanship and aggressive intimidation tactics.
No Written Contract or Estimate – They started work without providing a contract or clear cost estimate, then demanded significantly more money than expected after the fact.
Workmanship Issues – Upon inspection, multiple deficiencies were found in the installation. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they dismissed all criticism and refused to acknowledge any issues.
Threats & Intimidation – When I attempted to negotiate a fair resolution, the owner responded with hostility, threatening to file a lien, report me to my insurance company, and damage my reputation. Rather than working toward a reasonable settlement, they resorted to bullying tactics.
False Claims About City Inspection – They insisted that a city inspection was mandatory, yet I have strong reason to believe this was just another tactic to pressure me into accepting their version of events.
I attempted to resolve the matter in good faith, including offering a reasonable settlement, but was met with stonewalling and legal threats instead. If you value professionalism, integrity, and fair dealing, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your roofing needs.
Caveat Emptor
Priority Roofing did a fantastic job managing my insurance claim from start to finish. Sidney was great at coordinating the many details involved from dealing with the insurance company to overseeing the roof, new siding and painting. There were a lot of moving parts on what turned out to be quite a large project and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome, which was of utmost importance to Sidney. She even helped us build a shed on her time off!!! Talk about above and beyond: outstanding service and end result. We absolutely LOVE the way our home looks now that Priority Roofing has finished with it. I highly recommend working with Sidney at Priority Roofing and will continue to do so. In fact, an HOA board that I sit on has already used them on a project with the same wonderful results and service.
