Proper Roofing did my roof around 3 years ago. So far everything is great, no complaints, great roof. City permitting went great, all the inspections passed, all went smooth. My new roof was finished this week and our experience was fantastic! The price was very good. All the people we dealt with, Gil, the owner, Mary, and on down the line as nice and helpful as could be. They got my tiles and finished the job in weeks, not months. Passed every inspection the first time. The guys on the job site cleaned up each time they left. HIGHLY recommend Proper Roofing.
Had a repeat roof leak and had to know what the root cause of the issue. Called Proper roofing and they had someone out the next day. They explained what was actually going and did more work than expected but at the same price they originally quoted. Professional quick and great communication. Thanks again!
Highly recommend Proper Roofing. From start to finish, through permitting, demo, material ordering, clean up on a daily basis, material delivery, hot mop handling, tile installation, and passing all inspections. Fair pricing of the roof and accommodating our requests for specific bitumen 90 lbs manufacturer and no extra charge for hot mop application. Gil and Mary were fantastic to work with. The crew was professional and neat. Total thumbs up!!
