The process with PRQ was excellent, good communication and they tried to help me work with my insurance adjuster which was a difficult person to work with. Finally called the insurance company and they changed my adjuster, and it has been smooth sailing ever since.
Tad was very helpful with the process since this was the first time we had ever had to replace a roof, so we were very inexperienced with the whole process. He walked us through the entire process and was even helpful with the removal and replacement of our Solar Panels, thank goodness since the solar company was a bear to talk with.
Everything is back to normal and we love our new roof!

Excellent experience working with PRQ to get our roof replaced and brought up to code following a hail damage claim. They made everything easy, from determining the scope of work needed, to coordinating with the insurance adjustment process, through selecting materials and scheduling a build. The main day of work went super smooth and we received great instructions and communication from dedicated staff in the lead-up and wrap-up. Highly recommend PRQ!
I had hail damage on my roofs and PRQ Exteriors offered to inspect my roof for no charge and no pressure! I signed a contract and they were very easy to work with and kept me up to date with phone calls and personal visits. On the day set for the installation they arrived early and worked 12 hours and at of the end of the day they cleaned up and the next day put in a 13 hour day and again cleaned up. The job site was immaculate and the crew was friendly and safety conscious. I would definitely recommend this company!!!
PRQ was responsive, customer friendly, fast, and professional. Their team from their inspectors, customer service representatives, and project managers were outstanding. They did all the work going back and forth with insurance and helped us choose the best product for our home. I would highly recommend working with PRQ!
PRQ made getting a new roof super easy. They helped us figure out how to afford what we needed to get done within the confines of what we got from insurance, and even accommodated us adding some insulation under the roof for a reasonable price.
We worked with Tad, who helped us understand each step and would look like and served as our constant point of contact throughout.
Highly recommend. The roof looks great. I’ll be reaching back out after the next catastrophic hail storm, but something tells me their craftsmanship will hold up.
