brayden and his team did an excellent job with our carpet cleaning. they were highly professional and worked efficiently. brayden took the time to explain everything they had done after finishing, and he even provided us with a bottle of cleaning solution. the office staff was very easy to work with when scheduling our estimate and accommodated our availability. we appreciated the reminder calls and texts informing us about their arrival, which made communication seamless. it feels great to have clean carpets! we would absolutely recommend randy & sons carpet cleaning and will definitely choose them again!
The carpet cleaning service did an amazing job restoring a 9×12 area rug. They arrived right on schedule to pick it up. After rolling it up, they took it to their shop for an in-depth, thorough cleaning. It took about a week, but they returned the rug right on time, and it looks even better than new. While it’s not the cheapest option, if you own a valuable rug, the price is definitely justified for the exceptional quality of their work. Honestly, the cleaned rug looks incredibly vibrant and fresh. We will definitely be using this service for more cleaning in the future.
