We had a rat problem in our garage that progressed into our garage wall. We needed immediate attention so we called Ratman Pest and Termite Control. Gilbert came out and did an inspection where he showed us how almost all of our attic and crawlspace vents were compromised. He gave us a great quote and we agreed on the work. His technician returned promptly to rat-proof the house and found several more large holes. He went from foundation to rooftop to rat-proof our home. After a week Ratman came back to check the traps, but there were no rats. They have been locked out. I appreciate the awesome service and care that Ratman Pest and Termite Control has given us.
Gilbert of Ratman came out and gave me an estimate. He was so popular that he wasn’t able to do the job for several weeks. Being freaked out about rats in my home , I went with a company called Critter Bros….. A grave mistake!! A egregious mistake I hope no one reading this will make! Critter Bros took my $$ and did a hack job on my home. Critter Bros damaged my house what they did was so atrocious Aesthetically as well as functionally, I continued to have rats entering my home. Gilbert came to my rescue and had to rectify the damages done by Critter Bros. and was able to finally put the rats out of my house. They did an amazing job! I am thrilled. Thank you Gilbert…and what a great crew. Moral of the story. Gilbert is worth waiting for. Do it right the first time!
Gilbert and his crew are the best. After a year of frustration dealing with other companies’ inability to solve our rat problem, Gilbert came in and the rats were gone.Customer service is excellent and pricing competitive. Highly recommend
Gilbert came out on a few hours notice and thoroughly walked through my house and carefully listened to my rodent issues. He took the time to view a few videos I had of rodents in my basement as well. I had formulated a plan of attack that I am physically able to execute, he offered additional advice and confirmed I had a correct plan. Gilbert would not take any money for his visit! Gilbert said to contact him in a few weeks if I still had an issue but was confident my plan would work. Gilbert is very honest and cares about his clients.
So glad that I went with Gilbert to help with my termite problems. He even added in a few anti-rat protections for free when he was looking around my apartment. We got several quotes and his prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend him!!
