I Reached out to Redwood roofing for a quote to replace my homes roof. The project manager Ellison got back to me pretty quickly and set up a time to check out the project and give us a quote. I had gotten 5 or 6 other quotes prior to meeting with Ellison, so I had a pretty good idea of ballpark price for this job. To my complete surprise, Ellison’s quote was a good 20-25% cheaper than all of the others. I was a bit hesitant with the low quote wondering about the quality of their work. After reading all their reviews I contacted Ellison and set up a date for installation. Leading up to and throughout the entire process Ellison was very responsive to text’s and emails. His workers arrived on time, did a fantastic job on our roof, cleaned up each day after the work was done. The entire project was finished within the promised timeframe and there was a small cost overrun, but the quoted price was what we we’re charged…nothing additional. They got the city permits, and we got a great warranty on both the workmanship and the materials. I have done several construction projects and must say this was one of the best experiences I have had. Ellison and Redwood roofing have my highest recommendation.
They did a great job on my roof two years ago. I’ve called two times since then with minor problems and they were here within hours checking it out or fixing it. Very impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to make everything right.
We worked with Ellison and his team to do some maintenance on our old Victorian’s roof. Ellison’s team helped replace some missing roof pieces, cleaned, and did some treatment of weathered parts of the roof. They also painted paint our skylight edges and a couple of other areas that had light rusting.
Ellison was nothing but professional and easy to communicate with over email, text and in person. Pricing was reasonable too.
