He then proceeded to diagnose and fix a very difficult problem. Just like that! He truly went above and beyond. I had a wonderfully positive experience with Jose who came to service my pipe leak. I was very impressed by his knowledge and being able to answer all of my questions fully and completely. He even answered many more questions about a well water filtration system that I had been considering getting in the future. I highly recommend Rex’s Plumbing! Very personable, knowledgeable and experienced!
What a great service provider!! I was out of state when a friend accidentally left my garage door open overnight in sub-zero weather: frozen pipes. Yikes!!
From the very first SOS call, I knew I was in good hands. I was given solid advice to mitigate damage, assured that a knowledgeable technician would be there asap, and -as promised -Tyler arrived promptly, assessed and repaired the damage, and was professional and personable.

Jose was professional, friendly and quickly fixed our copper line leak! They were the only plumbing company that was able to do a same day inspection and fix of our water leak for a reasonable price. He answered tons of questions and was extremely transparent and knowledgeable. Our problem was completely taken care of and we were left with tons of valuable information regarding filtration and troubleshooting for the future. Can’t recommend enough!
If you want service, you HAVE to call Rex’s Plumbing & Heating! We had a small problem, leaky tub faucet. I called Rex’s at 9:30 a.m., the technician, Ms. Terra Griffith was at the doorstep within 2 hours of my call!
We live in a mobile home, and this makes things a bit more challenging to locate parts! Not for Terra! She lept into action, located and secured said parts, returned and had the job wrapped up, all in less than a 2 hour time frame! Impressive!
Ms. Terra was pleasant from the beginning to the end! A true professional, and she didn’t shy away from our modest, yet difficult challenge!
Last, but not least, for an older gal, on a fixed income, I was concerned with the cost. The price I was quoted, prior to the work starting, was actually affordable, and well within reason!
