Emanuel and his coworker Jose were fantastic, knowledgeable and professional! This was my first AC replacement ever and as such I had a lot of questions. I’m one of those people that has an insatiable curiosity about things. Emanuel and Jose both graciously answered my questions. The installation went pretty smoothly and quicker than expected except for the cover. That will be handled by another expert and some materials. Thank you Emanuel and Jose!
Rite way plumbing professional James came out and serviced our flo smart system put in an elbow so i can clean the filter since the builder who put the system in had it so snug we couldn’t pop the cover off to clean the calcium buildup in it.
James was professional, courteous and friendly. He did an outstanding job. Give the guy a raise please.

2nd work was my AC. I had another company come out to fix some bad rattling in the attic, the company that said they fixed it may have damaged something.
And Since Rite way did a great job with my plumbing needs I asked for AC help and they sent over Joesph who did a fantastic job. Joseph did a diagnostic and found that the company before him may have installed the new motor incorrectly because the motor was not mounted in the original holes and was loose and the squirrel cage didn’t spin evenly so the vibrations caused more damage to the housing and squirrel cage. I just had him replace them both. And now the AC is sooo quiet. Now my home is ready for whatever weather lies ahead. Thank you Joseph for the kind, and professional workmanship.

Luis Gonzales was very knowledgeable in knowing what the issue was with my gas line minor leak, very professional and explained everything he was doing and what my next step would be. Very impressed with him and how he represented Rite way plumbing. 5 stars for Luis! I put 4 stars because before Luis came out another plumber was sent out and ended up giving me an air conditioner estimate just out of nowhere. An error was made but quickly corrected still recommend Rite way for any plumbing/ heating issues, kind from dispatch to technician, knowledgeable and reasonable and fast! Great job Rite way!
Riteway recently replaced my septic tank system. I initially gave them a 5 Star rating when they completed my job on Friday, the 10th of January 2025. I was not able to go out and walk the area until Saturday the 11th of January 2025. I was extremely dissatisfied with what I found. 1st, a lumber stack and a firewood stack had not been replaced and put on cinder blocks like I had them to keep snakes from making a nest under them. The walk way with rocks lining it had been scattered everywhere. Lastly, the backhoe tracks and ruts were everywhere in my yard and made a unbelievable mess. UPDATED REVIEW!!!!!!! After my initial review, I got a call immediately from Mike, the Riteway Manager. He came out quickly and surveyed my property. Two days later, his crew came out and did a super job of cleaning up my yard and putting it back as they found it. In fact they did a better job and made it look great. I therefore change my view to a 5 StAR AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing their assistance. Bob Ratledge
