Technician seemed to want to leave
my concerns regarding my recent service experience. First, I want to acknowledge that your technician was very polite and agreeable at the start of the visit. When I stepped outside to speak with her, I kindly asked her not to spray the plants in my front yard because I have orchids. She was very understanding and assured me that it wouldn’t be an issue, which I truly appreciated.
However, as the appointment progressed, there seemed to be a miscommunication. After she finished treating the exterior of my home, she left without completing the interior portion of the service. I texted her immediately to clarify, and her response was that someone needed to be home for the interior treatment. I found this confusing as I was the person who had spoken to her outside and was present the entire time.
Rather than asking me directly if I’d like the interior completed before leaving, she made assumptions, and I had to reach out to clarify the situation. This ultimately created unnecessary confusion and frustration. While I understand technicians may encounter difficult or unsafe situations in certain environments, I believe a simple knock on the door or a quick phone call to confirm would have resolved this issue professionally and respectfully.
Once she returned to complete the service, I noticed her subsequent communication became curt and unprofessional. I value transparency and mutual respect in situations like these, and a more constructive approach would have been appreciated.
Moving forward, please cancel my membership with your establishment and I think your technicians could request better communication so that future service appointments run more smoothly for both parties. If additional policies or requirements are in place for interior services, please make sure to communicate them clearly when appointments are scheduled so that there’s no confusion.

Here is my issue they were great when it was Adams Pest Control the owners sold and then the problems started. The service was canceled, I still kept being charged, I called twice the person was so nice they said don’t worry about it everything has been taken care of. Move forward 2 months emails kept coming charging me for services never rendered and canceled. But here comes the best part they sent me to collections for something that was canceled and for services never rendered. This is an epic failure of a company at this point and yes once again today 12/13/2024 I am again on the phone with them so they can correct their mistake. We will see what happens now…
I met with customer rep, Bryant, on Wednesday about starting termite protection. He arrived at the appointed time, assessed needs by inspecting the property and provided recommendations. It was a very informative meeting! I signed a contract and system was installed next day. Old traps were removed. A report was generated and sent same day describing work performed. I am all around impressed!
