I recently hired Roof Express for a roofing project, and I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and quality work. From our initial contact to when the crew wrapped up, the Roof Express team provided excellent service. They are very professional, diligent, and WELL priced. Our house was newly renovated when we bought it in 2019 but we discovered by 2024 that the roof was very NOT new and that the contractors that renovated our house simply slapped on new shingles on a very old roof. After heavy rains we discovered a small leak in our attic. We worked with Habibi to get an honest assessment. We got assessments from two other roofing companies and Roof Express was the one we wanted to move forward with because we felt we would be in capable hands. Everything was clearly explained to us so we felt reassured at all times about the process and confident in their ability to do the job well, considering it was a major investment. We were impressed by many things like how hard working the crew was, the fact that they completed the job in 3 solid days, and that they arrived on the job on time every day. But we were most impressed with how CLEAN the crew left our premises each day AND they wanted to make sure any debris that fell into our neighbors yards were cleaned up and taken care of. My husband said he thinks they left the yard cleaner than it originally was when they arrived. LOL And to wrap things up, Abu the owner made sure to check in with us, he made sure everything looked good (he was up on the roof with the crew too!) and really cared about the job being done well. We were very angry about the whole roof situation (how did such an old roof pass the city inspection to begin with in 2019?) but Roof Express made a difficult situation into a great experience and we are grateful for them and their amazing customer service. We highly recommend them!
We contracted with Roof Express to re-roof our leaking lightwell in November 2024 and became repeat customers when we contracted with them to re-roof our worn, flat main roof in March 2025. During initial inspections, Habibi clearly communicated the proposed scope of work and timeline. We appreciated his professionalism and customer-focused (i.e., informative and low-pressure) approach. During the projects, the team arrived on time every morning and completed their work on schedule. We also appreciate the assurances that their warranty covering labor and materials provides. Overall, we had a very good experience with Roof Express and would recommend them to our neighbors.
Naveed Ashrafy [Roof Express] was excellent — from his quotation inspection on through his managing his large crew of 6 to 9 men here for a day and a half … a whole new batch of shingles and accessory vents etcetera … he even shepherded this project through the municipal permits and city building inspections … even painting new sheet metal and boards … oh, and impeccable cleanup.
A great communicator supplying plenty of sage advice!!!
