I contacted Roof X after a neighbor’s tree branch hit the roof of my house during a hurricane. I have a cement tile roof so I am very cautious when hiring anyone to walk on my roof. Roof X had great reviews and clear experience with cement tile roofs so I reached out for a quote. My request was answered within hours and John came by the house the next day. It was clear from the minute he arrived John was very familiar with cement tile roofs and knew exactly how to walk on the tiles without cracking them. As my builder had left me a set of extra tiles, John was able to get me a very reasonable quote for repair and squeezed me into their very packed schedule. A few weeks later, despite all of the other roofing needs around Tampa Bay, I had a fixed roof. I won’t hesitate to contact Roof X again and you shouldn’t either!

I highly recommend Roof X for multiple reasons. I had the best experience, professionalism and understanding with Rene the owner. He understood our needs and situation and went above and beyond. Our Project Manager Dakota was very responsible, professional and respectful of timing and handled a small hiccup immediately and with a 100% great outcome and job was completed clean and in a timely manner. I also had the opportunity in dealing with their finance manager Jon Finley and he worked with us and was very helpful and understanding as well. This team put together was an “A+” experience and would definitely use them again and again!
