Let me start by saying I don’t trust many service companies, it’s hard to find trustworthy people. Alfredo Ramirez absolutely made my day. He provided excellent customer service and trustworthy advice. He was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, my drainage problem will require more work but he explained everything in a way I could understand and even showed me what he could. Thanks to Alfredo, you guys have a customer for life. Give this man a raise!
I called after hours, put in a rq for nighttime emergency rq. They Dispatched their plumber, Carlos Valenzuela and he was here within the hour. The company sent texts, he called to verify services and did a fantastic job! He wore booties, was respectful and professional. Explained every step and wrote up an estimate for toilet replacement in the future as it’s a rental. This is helpful for management going forward. I wouldn’t hesitate using them again As communication was good, service was impeccable and their prices were fantastic!! I expected to pay a much higher price for after hours and being an hour away. Less than 1 star… Will never call them again,….Terrible Experience: A $49.00 drain cleaning special turned into $1,800 and about 6 hours. They tech left saying everything was fixed. Used the sink and hour later and the kitchen flooded. Called them back and were here until 9:00pm but could not fix it since they didn’t have a 50 cent plastic seal in their truck. Supposed to return at 9Am but even aft texting at 9 saying they would be here in 15 minutes they showed up at 10:30.
Drake with Rooter Hero was amazing! He came out within an hour of calling for a quote, beat multiple other plumbers on price, and installed my water softener and whole house filter 2 days later in my new build home.
Drake was professional, spent extra time answering all my questions, and did a fantastic job on the work. I will only be using Rooter Hero for all my plumbing needs, because of Drake!

When I encountered another issue with my sink, I reached out to him, and he quickly scheduled an appointment. His efficiency is impressive! He also took the time to explain the common causes of sink clogs, which I really appreciate.
