We had the unfortunate experience of a backed up sewer line with a full house at Christmas/New Year’s. The team at Rooterman came out promptly and diagnosed the issue, cleared the line and made a plan with us to make the more extensive repair that was needed due to our 100 year old pipes. The whole team was kind, responsive, fair with pricing, and helped make a very unpleasant situation as smoothly handled as possible. If I could give them 6 stars I would!
I just had my air conditioning and heating revamped and the guys that did it were wonderful. I know one is named Ty but I don’t remember the other boys name just wanted to thank them for the clean and efficient job. Nice work!!!
Great Service! Woke up to a backed up toilet, and called Rooter-Man in the morning, they sent a guy over within a hour and had the back up looked at and gave me a quote. The technician on the job was very insightful and explained in details what was causing it and what steps will be taken! It was that simple!! I wish more technicians were as insightful and helpful as Rooter Mans. Truly a great customer service from the moment I called to the point payment was processed(a pretty good deal I might add!)
We used Central CT Rooterman to service a local restaurant. Can not say enough about the timely, professional and thoroughness of the job. They showed up exactly on time, kept me informed of the issues during the service, solved the problems, recommended methods to keep the issue from recurring and did not take the opportunity to sell me more services, by testing the floor drains rather than just cabling them. They educated me on the system layout and function and performed the job at a price which was significantly less than I expected. I highly recommend them.
I was so grateful that they were able to come out for an emergency leak over the weekend! I’m sure their quick response saved us a lot of time and money that could have happened from water damage. They also worked very clean and wore masks and kept social distance while they were here.
