I’ve used Royal for repairs, water heater installation, pressure reducing valve installation, and pipe cleaning services. Always happy. They do a good job for a fair price and usually make it to my house only a few hours after I call. Once you find an honest plumber you stick with them. They have a loyal customer in me. Dylan and Steve are both excellent.
Dave, thanks for sending Scott and Jared out to fix the disaster from the previous plumber. They were great. See before and after photos below. Notice the difference, enough said? You all saved the reputation of the plumbing industry.
Steve and Carson came out to my rental property and were able to figure out and fix the issue one of the bathrooms was having. Prior to fixing the issue, they called me to go over everything in great detail and hide me options to fix the plumbing issue. They were patience with me and took like to explain and answer all my questions. The solution they suggested worked and they were finished in no time at all. The price was very fair and reasonable. They also went above and beyond by coordinating a few things been my tenant and I with professionalism.
