I have now had several rugs cleaned at this fine establishment and have purchased a few stunning rugs from them. I can’t recommend this place enough from the quality of rugs, their wonderful inventory and how hard working they are. I’m very happy with their service and my purchases.
Jay is a true master! He has cleaned and repaired several of my rugs, all of which are one-of-a-kind, handwoven pieces, over the past several years. He will go to any length to repair even the most challenging edges, fringe, etc. He is easy to communicate with, and I really appreciate the convenience of home pick up/drop off that he offers. Cannot recommend Rug Masters & Jay more highly!
We have a larger Moroccan rug which has been in a higher traffic area for 5 years with no cleaning and its long wool had been matted down a bit in spots.
Clearly needing some help we had it picked up, cleaned and delivered which took only a couple weeks and the results were impressive – the matted areas were normal again, the colors returned (there was clearly a dust layer!) and they couldn’t have been more friendly.
Highly recommended! These are people you’ll *want* to give business to!
I highly recommend. I chose Rug Masters because of their stellar online reviews, and I am 100% satisfied with their excellent service. We were getting ready to move into our newly renovated house. I made one phone call, and they quoted me a fair price to pickup at one address, to clean our 8×10 wool rug, and to deliver it to a different address. Communication was excellent, they were on time for pickup and delivery, and they helped me place my rug in the new place and put the furniture back where it belonged. I wish every small business owners operated as flawlessly as Rug Masters.
This is the second time I have called Jay at Rug Master to clean my silk area rugs. He does an amazing job and pays the utmost attention to detail. He really knows rugs, and he knows people and how they live with rugs. The rugs come back very clean and so fresh – really as good as new! I would never call someone else to do this work as long as Rug Master is here.
The next time I need a new rug I will visit him at his store on California.
