Friendly service, great results – these folks know what they are doing. They immediately identified the rug as being handmade Turkish. Brought my rug in for removal of dog urine stain. Cleaned ahead of schedule and stains removed with impressive results.
I chose this establishment strictly on these 5 star reviews. I had 4 very nice area rugs that I had no clue how best to get them cleaned. I couldn’t have been anymore satisfied with the results and the service provided unless it had been free!!! They look gorgeous. They worked me in as we were moving over the holidays from AZ to ID. Miranda and Scott Gwilliam do excellent work. They salvaged a 15 year old rug that lived a life under a dining table before I had them clean it before moving it to my office.

Great small business with folks who take pride in what they do. They are very good at communication and their quotes/prices are reasonable. And my old rugs look brand new. They’re synthetic, and I just couldn’t get them looking bright when I cleaned them myself (probably because of the dense weave). If I could, I’d also give Rug Worx extra stars for putting a rush on my order. (We’re moving out of town and needed the rugs within the week, and they finished everything in two days!)
