Once again SDR Plumbing came to my rescue with a very fast response. My hot water heater left a puddle on the floor. As soon as I called Steve he said he’d have someone there ASAP since most of my basement is carpeted. Sure enough, an excellent tech came and quickly diagnosed my problem…I needed a new expansion tank. The part was on the truck and within a short time I had a new expansion tank. SDR Plumbing is simply the best: top quality work, super fast response to an emergency situation. Excellent plumbing service, they really know what they are doing. They are honest and fair. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
Excellent customer service, always on time with fair pricing. And last but most importantly highly skilled plumbing staff for gas boilers.
Sergio came on time, was very professional and fixed my problem quickly. I would totally recommend S.D.R. to anyone.
I’ve used SDR Plumbing & Heating for many years to replace old/deteriorating water valves, install new toilets & upgrade old toilets, install sinkerator, and recently to replace a 50+-year old boiler ($$$). They are top-notch, professional, great with communication and consultation. Always pleased with their performance.
There is almost no HVAC chore that SDR has not performed for me. They’ve installed new air handlers and compressors, installed 7 new thermostats, fixed leaks and backups and installed new cartridges on umpteen faucets…They’re kind of amazing. I have always been impressed with their technicians who are professional and pleasant and actually really good educators so I know just how it’s supposed to work, why it’s not working properly, and what they’ll be doing to fix it. I was so impressed this past weekend when there were 2′ icicles hanging down from my outdoor spigots…we were nervous about pipe cracks and they tested thoroughly and set our minds at ease! Great Company.
