Unfortunately, I had the worst experience with SF Carpet Cleaning. The cleaner told me I needed to vacuum my rugs before the appointment on the spot. No instructions were given to me, and I thought vacuuming the rugs was part of the cleaning process. I did it. I was told to vacuum my own rugs to save him time to clean 3 medium rugs during a 2 hours appointment. He left after an hour-ish of work. I paid $$$ this company for me to do the job. This was ridiculous and I called the company complaining about it. They listened to my complaints and agreed that this was wrong, and they wanted to make it right, but no one called me back. Horrible decision to hire their services and I don’t recommend this company!
We just got our carpets serviced by Frank from San Francisco Carpet Cleaners and he was amazing! He managed to remove stains that had been there for years and that other services failed to clean. His attention to detail was exceptional! We’re extremely happy with the outcome! We’ll definitely be returning to them when our carpets need cleaning again! Thank you so much!
