Service Pro Roofing

I would highly recommend Greg and his team from Service Pro Roofing. They completed everything in the contract in a professional and timely manner. It was amazing that they were able to do everything in one day. There was very little mess as they cleaned up throughout the day. We’re very pleased with their work. The roof inspection passed with flying colors! Thank you guys!

While my initial interaction with Nathan, was a positive one, it began to change to negative and quite frankly disappointing. This is the first roof replacement for me. Understandably I had a lot of questions and needed to research many things. Nathan spent a lot of time with me and answered my questions. He stated that my insurance was one of the worst and they never want to pay out and the process will be a headache. This ended up not being the case. My insurance was fantastic to file a claim with and received a very fair payment for my replacement. Once Nathan found out that my insurance was going to send the payment directly to me and not his company, the tables changed. He requested to see my payment letter prior to sending me an estimate. Yet he verbally said about what the cost of my roof replacement would be at our initial meeting. I received several other estimates (because an intelligent person ensures they are being treated fairly) and none of them asked for my payment letter from my insurance. Nathan then stated that I would be charged full price for his time and “ensuring my insurance paid out” and full price for labor and materials. Nathan didn’t ensure my insurance paid out. I was the only one in contact with my insurance company. Nathan also accused me of wanting to go cheap by getting other estimates, yet never confirming with me what my plans actually were, just hearsay from a neighbor. I really had no intentions of using any other company. He never returned my message when I clarified my reasoning for not providing the payment letter to him prior to his estimate (which asking me for that sounds incredibly suspicious and hinting that the estimate will just be based on what the payment letter says, not the true cost of the roof replacement) and he never sent me an estimate. To not respond to a potential customer is incredibly unprofessional and immature. After a few days passed, I decided to call his supervisor, Tim. I wanted to share what had transpired and possibly see how we could move forward with this job. It was incredibly difficult to get a word in with this gentleman, as he interrupted me on multiple occasions. He also justified why this company does what they do. He shared Nathan is young and has a lot to learn. Well, Nathan cost this company a customer and anyone else I might share this experience with as I would not recommend. Tim stated he’d get with Nathan and we could all meet to discuss the matter. I’ve never heard back from Tim. Nathan has been on my street on multiple occasions and has never attempted to resolve or clarify any misunderstandings or misconceptions. I really wanted to use this company and Nathan receive the compensation he was earning. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen and I had to use a different company.
