Derrick returned to install the parts ordered from my previous visit and after completing all repairs he walked me around and explained in great detail each repair he performed. I couldn’t ask for a more thorough, professional and exceptionally nice person. Frank’s work was very thorough. When I compare the tasks he performed to the A/C service we used in the past there is no comparison he vacuumed. the traps . etc. Took pictures the of areas he wanted us to focus on and the need to fix or correct the situation to prevent other issues in the future. Frank did a thorough job cleaning the compressor and checking pressure in the system. Frank is an asset to Service Stars.
I found Service Stars online due to the terrific reviews and I am happy to say I am part of that now too. I’ve never seen any employee with that much respect for me and my home before. And this is not just one particular person, it’s the whole team, they were all the same- spectacular! They made me feel very comfortable with everything and applied no pressure at all every time they came over. They do give you their professional opinion but ultimately of course, it’s up to the owners but I appreciate that they did it without scaring and overwhelming me. Very kind and understandable team, they will work with you on payment plans to make sure you’re able to do what’s best for the house as well as your own financial situation. Shout out to the team, thank you again guys and of course, can’t forget Kim and Trevor- you both definitely make me smile every time I call! 😁 I’ve been a member for about 2 years now and will stay a member of Service Stars as I refuse to go with any other company now. Frank and Eric took their time checking the almost 10 years old heat pump, auxiliary heating and air handling systems. They were thorough and courteous. I was handed a full report of the checks done and corrective action as required. Well done and thank you!
