Honest. Responsive. Explains everything. I’m impressed with how work but more impressed with his flexibility to get on to tight spots. Father and son team and both very respectful and plant to engage with. Thankful Bellew Sptic recommended them. Grateful they’re are still buisness like this verses companies which creates inflated prices. Call Smitty!! He is the best plumber for water and gas line needs that we’ve found.
I needed a leaking bathroom faucet repaired and a couple of my coworkers both recommended Smitty’s. He called me back the same day I left a message and came out the next and was done in 20 minutes. He explained to me what he did and the parts replaced. Very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
We had issues where plumbing was backing up into the tub and under the toilet when the washing machine or dishwasher would drain. They had the issue fixed in less than 2 hours! Would recommend 1000%.
That’s the way you handle business. Used him many years ago. And about to use him again. My wife will not use know one but Smitty’s.
This guy is pretty much an ahole and rude. Did the work paid him. Then he waits a week and say he couldn’t deposit the check, so told him he would have to wait till we get back from vacation. The proceeds to act like a rude little you know what. Then years later see he didn’t do the work right.
Do not use him for anything other than installing a faucet. Anything that take thinking and intelligence he can’t do it
