From the very beginning, South Edge Roofing & Construction impressed my wife and I as we navigated the roofing industry. Our home is 100 years old with a separate guest house with attached garage. The scope of work was complicated and our insurance company was threatening to end coverage without a complete reroofing .Chris and Marina were professional, courteous and worked with us to make sure we had everything completed and to our satisfaction. We also received a 4 point wind mitigation report that saved us 25% on our insurance policy. We appreciate the opportunity to give positive feedback for a job well done.
Very professional out of all the roofers I called they actually came out to my residence and shook hands with me which is very important to me. I decided to choose south edge. During the process everything went smooth and they communicated along the way I highly recommend south edge. If you want professional and speed.
My roof is under warranty, and South Edge Roofing has refused to replace leaking roof boots on my house that they over hammered on the installation 2½ years ago.
They do not answer my text messages or my phone calls.
They want me to buy the materials to make any repairs on my warrantied roof.
At 1 point, Chris told me squirrels chewed my lead roof boots, and that’s why they’re leaking.
COJ says he is to make the repairs well that’s hard to do when S.E.R. don’t communicate, and when they do, it’s a ridiculous request.
I’ve already paid for the roof materials when I paid for my roof.
Who is going to pay for the water damage?
I did my research on roofing companies and when I spoke with the owner, Chris, he was transparent, patient and professional. His communication has been excellent and his estimate for a roof replacement is so much better than expected! I have also researched shingles and he uses the best products available! I am so grateful there are great companies like this and it is due to Chris truly giving his best! Thank you!
South Edge Roofing did a great job!! The entire roof was finished in less than a day with no mess left behind. Great communication and and very professional from start to finish. I highly recommend them!
