The carpet had never been cleaned (!) It’s like a new carpet now. Jacob offered a couple of options for this carpet, which turned out to be very beneficial. It’s cleaner than ever, and smells so much cleaner! I’m glad I opted for the sanitizing and deodorant option. I didn’t know that was even a possibility aside from “just” cleaning.

William did an amazing job cleaning our sectional and living room rug! He was professional and personable. Would recommend his services to any of our friends and family. The stains and smells are gone after having 3 children and two dogs abusing their surfaces and cushions for a the past 5 years.
However, the people answering the phones and giving the initial quote could use some training on what the guys in the field actually do and require as far as measurements and what services are offered.
Carlos Rodriguez was such a professional. I cannot say that enough. I’ve had steam cleaners come out before in the past and I always felt like they just did 2-3 passes and moved on. In and out and finished within an hour. No not this professional. He took his time and went over trouble spots extensively. He told me whenever he comes in and sees pets in the house, he automatically knows to look for certain things and makes sure he goes over the area extra. 13/10 must recommend!!!
