Super grateful for Austin and team for this carpet cleaning. He and all the staff were professional and kind. The quote was honest. Being on a tight budget to get this done it really relieved my stress knowing that was the true price. I will definitely use them again in the near future. It was a fast service experience.
My daughter uses Starr Cleaning Services and recommended them for my area rugs that needed a good cleaning. Austin was polite and professional and did a great job. Our rugs looked and felt almost like new again.
Austin came and cleaned our carpets, tile & grout. He was extremely nice & knowledgeable! Did a great job with the cleaning especially in the main areas that needed the most work he was able to really get them cleaned. I highly recommend this company! I love that their products are also safe for your pets & kids. 10/10 experience.
Honestly I’m disappointed….I was so excited too…
I know my carpet will never look new again. I have high traffic areas but it doesn’t look like they were even cleaned…
Tech only spent 20 mins… I feel like if he would have spent a bit more time , the carpet would probably look better. I’m sure I’ll be offered for someone to come back and re do it but I don’t have the time…. I work so much and spent my day off today moving all my furniture out of the living room. Hopefully there was be some changes made and someone else won’t have to go through the disappointment like I did.
Only reason I’m giving two stars is because of the ease of scheduling, availability and the tech was nice.

The photos are the final work-product of Starr, after they quoted to repair a very small section of carpet were an office chair set and wrinkled the carpet. We simply wanted that wrinkle removed after cleaning, and we got this.
Believe it not, one of the owners was working with his laborer and left him with this butchered attempt.
Life’s too short to continue the battle that I’ve had, but you need to know.

Starrs’ reply demonstrates even deeper the problem. The pictures show their product.
Austin, if you can’t do a job don’t bid on it, butcher it and try to walk away. It was a wrinkle. Austin, your company demonstrated that you had the expertise to repair. No one said you would butcher it. There is absolutely no one that will look at these pictures and say that Starr Carpet did a good job, but you; one of the owners. And that’s my point “work-product”; no pride, people with refined taste should not hire you.
1. The 3rd party guy, that you sent out to fix your screw-up is the guy that you should have sent out for the first quoted repair of a wrinkle. Yes, a wrinkle.
2. I won’t say what he said upon reinspection, to not strain you guy’s relationship, but the $450.00 quote was his estimate, to repair the wrinkle before you Austin and your laborer, butchered, the carpet.
3. If we had more carpet, to try to repair your work-product, your 3rd party fixer, said he would not do it. However, if he was called first when we had a piece of the original, it would have been about $450. That guy had faith that you Austin, would do the right thing. We’ve spoken and he now knows better.
4. Your butchering increased a small wrinkle in the carpet to a $1,608.07 problem. Another estimate was $1,700.
5. Your 3rd party fixer, referred the company that made the repairs at $1,608.07; on my dollar. Yes, I am fortunate to pay out of my pocket, some folks aren’t.
6. Accountability is one of the cornerstones for doing business. I don’t think you knew your laborer didn’t have the skills for the job quoted. He butchered while you watched him finish, and then left him. Your staff employee was the wrong guy to come into my home, and he butchered the carpet. But he hated it more that you left him.
7. I was surprised to see the final product and super surprised when he told me that you were one of the owners Austin. Wow!
8. Please don’t do anyone else like this. You should be ashamed young man.
If anyone truly reads between the lines of your response, it’s just as clear as the pictures. Folks need information. I wish someone had told me.
