IF BARE MINIMUM WAS A COMPANY!!!! Main water line replacement. Disappointed at the quality of work and the lack of communication from the workers. I questioned the plan to how the water line was going to be run. I got a this is how we are going to do it and no more conversation after that from lead guy on the job. They left with out showing their work or explaining where the water cut off is on the road. I included pictures of the job they didn’t try to do any extra. If bare minimum was a company this would be it. These pics are in my family room for perspective. Line not flush against the wall, and who doesn’t love the shut off valve in the middle of the wall. It looks like a temporary run in the middle of the ceiling because hey why not along the ceiling and wall and straight!!!!. Or maybe the zip tie classic SMHl!!!! Most companies would offer an up sell of other services to not leave a mess, NOPE not this company. I will hire someone one else to dress the lines in and possibly run it so it doesn’t look CRAZY!!! The same as the previous customer. I was going to give one star but the water came on so…..
I don’t recommend them. They are dishonest. We had used them before so hired them to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. They came the same day and did the repair. However, they turned off the water to our dishwasher and didn’t turn it back on. We had no idea. Dishwasher ran without water and burned up the heating element, which is no longer available for repair. We have to buy a new dishwasher. Contacted Stay True and didn’t hear back. Waited 2 weeks and called again. They sent the same two guys out. We told them we’ll buy the dishwasher, we just ask that they install it. They refused, saying they didn’t do anything wrong! They DID cause the damage! WE certainly did NOT turn the water off to destroy a perfectly working dishwasher so that we would have to buy a new one! And we weren’t asking for them to pay for a new one, just install it. I would never trust them again.
Brian and Vince came out to fix a main water valve. They were very professional and very courteous they explained what they did in detail it wasn’t an easy fix because the area was very small to work in but they were persistent and did a great job. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen.
Shawn and Brian came to my house to fix a leak problem. They were so professional and very nice. They did a great job. It was an extensive repair and they took the time to explain everything to me before they started. I had to get some drywall removed for the repair and they took the time to plan it out to take out least amount of drywall as possible.They had to move things to get to where they needed and never complained. It was an all day job. They cleaned up so well after the job. It’s my third time using this company and I’ve always had a good experience. I will always call Stay True plumbing for any plumbing issues I have.
What a great experience! Stay True was able to have me seen for an in-person consultation, at which time I was scheduled for two business days and the job was completed in a timely, painless and professional manner. What pleased me the most was Stay True’s responsiveness. Communication means everything to me. All of my calls were responded to quickly and I appreciate that, immensely. This job also came at a more reasonable price then the other service was offering! Randy and Brian were great; very courteous and pleasant. An all around great experience. To everyone at Stay True, I just want to say, tanks a lot!!! (Get it? 🤓)
