I acquired 3 quotes on my roof repair. The first two companies wanted to replace my roof @ 35 k. Straight line told me they could do that if I wanted, but my roof really only needed to have protective mesh replaced on part of the roof. I felt they were honest. They gave me over twenty pictures of what the roof needed and did the most detailed inspection. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very pleasant to do business with.
These two gentleman are phenomenal and your company is lucky to have them both. Brian and Mike are polite, courtesy and fun to work with. They are extremely efficient and I wish all my jobs would go like this smoothly. Thank you Brian and Mike for your excellent work ✌️😊🤗
Straight Line Roofing was hired to repair the roofline line on my house roof. They replaced the ridge caps. A problem arose in that the ridge caps are black, while my roof is brown. Even the roofer said it was not a good color match. I now have a two tone roof that is clearly viable from the street. I asked for a correction but have not received a reply. I also did not receive a billing until I brought it to their attention. I have not paid the bill due to the color mismatch, but now I am being threatened with a mechanic’s lien. They do not communicate, and I will most likely see them in court. I do not believe this a good company to do your roofing. Recommendation-stay away from them.
They did a fabulous job on my roof. From start to finish they went above and beyond to ensure I was aware of what the process would be, answered any and all of my many questions, and delivered excellent quality work. My roof was in bad shape and the previous roofers had used the cheapest materials which had completely rotted out and needed to be replaced. I know that I now have a solid roof that will last me a very long time. The guys were very respectful and professional and they worked incredibly hard. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roof repair or replacement. The first 4 pictures are before and the last 4 are the beautiful after roof replacement.
We are very happy with our roof repair using Straight Line Roofing and Construction! we’ve used this company twice to repair roof leaks, and recommend them 100%! on this fix, the foreman Jose and crew Oscar were great to work with on a 20’x20′ repair to our tile roof, plus multiple valley replacement and a fix for a second small leak over a bedroom window. Jose explained what they found in detail, took pictures along the way showing where the leak occurred, and went above and beyond on the repair work. They also cleaned out every gutter and cleaned up perfectly after the repair was finished. 100% satisfied, recommend Straight Line to anyone with a roof repair or replacement need.
