Our tent was not properly secured and was blown off by the wind. Our neighbors have expressed concern and sent us photos. This is a major issue and the lack of response and attention to this urgent issue is a concern. Currently STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Ron was absolutely amazing. He’s friendly, diligent, and he makes sure your clients understand exactly what scope of work they need. Would definitely recommend.
I had a terrible experience with Suncrest, especially with customer service representative Kaileen. They sent an inspector to assess my house on 12/20/23. However, I never received the promised report from the inspector. Approximately a week later, I called them, and Kaileen explained that the inspector had contracted Covid, so could not issue the report. But she said she still could schedule a treatment for 1-3:30 pm on 1/5/24, and I agreed.
On 1/4/24, I had not received any report, so I called to confirm the appointment on 1/5. Kaileen answered the phone and was very rude on the phone, claiming that they had already sent the report and accusing me of not checking my email carefully (I double-checked my spam/trash folder and did not find any reports from them). Furthermore, she denied scheduling a treatment for me on 1/5. When I requested to speak with her manager, she responded in an arrogant and rude tone, stating that there was no one else available and said they could call me back and then hung up on me.
I had suspected that I might have termites since one of my window frames looked chewed up. I choose Suncrest because I saw their truck at two different neighbors’ homes and I read all the reviews on Yelp. Marshal, the owner, came out and inspected my home, and sure enough I did have termite damage. He spent a lot of time going over the process of tenting my home and gave me an estimate and a proposed contract. He told me to call him if I had any questions, which I did. I was impressed with his company and did not even get another quote. I also liked the fact that they do the fumigation themselves and do not sub out. The cost was less than I expected, and I got a 4 year warranty. His workers were very punctual and did an excellent job on repairing and painting the window frames. The tenting crew was on schedule and everything went well. They checked for broken roof tiles before they began and found five. Surprisingly, they didn’t break any tiles when they tented, but afterwards repaired the ones that were already broken at a reasonable cost. Also, the tent itself was a discreet dark brown and dark green color and didn’t stick out like the usual circus yellow, orange, pink or blues. The office staff was efficient, helpful, friendly and courteous. I definitely would recommend Suncrest to my family and friends and plan to use them in the future for my pest control needs.
