Superior plumbing was great. Jermaine was absolutely professional. He was on time, explained everything and ensured we were happy. He did a few jobs for us, including a shower head replacement. The shower head fell off that evening (due to bad product, not installation) and he returned the next day to fix it. He bought a replacement and reinstalled it. He also accidentally took the faulty shower head but brought it back the next day so we could return it. These small things made a difference. Superior plumbing stands behind their work. Highly recommend.
We had two outdoor spigots that needed replacing, and the whole process was really straightforward. The appointment was quick, and the technician who handled the installation was fast and efficient. Everything was completed in just one day!

Update: My sister did not have a great experience with them for her shower control valve.
Updated: 4/4/25 Thank you Flavio. Replaced kitchen faucet and shut off valve under sink. Upgraded from 3 stars to 5. A little pricey but very professional and excellent work.
I had a leak in my shower valve. Andy was able to come out same day, diagnose the problem and get my repair scheduled the next day. Responsiveness was great, communication was great, price was fair, and the work was great. I would definitely recommend their service.
