This is a scam. Someone came to remove a stain from our rug, but they used extremely old and dirty equipment and ended up making the stain much worse. After doing some research, he actually damaged my sisal rug more by soaking it in liquid and letting it air dry overnight. I reached out to speak with a manager, but the number directed me to a call center and they claimed a manager would reach out, but they never did (called 5 times).
I should’ve known after seeing all of the suspicious google reviews (general names with 1-2 reviews), but I was in a rush to find someone.
Their detail focus was what impressed me the most. They did not hurry the job and took the time to clean every corner perfectly. The difference is amazing — plush fresh carpets, no more stale odors.
The carpet cleaning service was outstanding. They were able to remove deep-set stains that I thought would never come out. My home feels so much fresher now, and the carpets look fantastic.
