I had old pipes and a leak. Michael and Dean worked with me to get things fixed they are very professional and most definitely experts in thier field. I appreciate that they understood my urgency in getting it fixed and thier willingness to meet that demand. The customer service not only is provided by the field techs but also the office staff Amy was in contact with me through out this process and made sure I got on the schedule in a timely manner. Thank you every one I appreciate everything.

TCR Rooter is simply the best: most reliable, most effective, reasonable costs, good friendly knowledgeable people. Every time anyone from TCR comes over to help with a plumbing problem, they are helpful, friendly, and fix said problem, whatever it is. I have been using their services for at least a decade now, and will continue to do the same for the next decade.
Very recently, my boiler stopped firing up to run my radiant (hydronic) floor heating system. I called the boiler repair folks and they decided it was due to a malfunctioning pressure switch; which I then ordered and replaced on the boiler. But that didnt fix the problem. I then called TCR for some hands on help, and Cary, the general manager, contacted me directly by phone to see what my problem was. He went through some troubleshooting issues on the phone and then, the next day, actually came over to see what was going on. He spent about an hour working through optional problems and determined that it was an intake air filter that was clogged. He removed that filter and cleaned and reinstalled it….and the system immediately began working again! We had been without heat for 3-4 days by that time, and Cary’s knowledge and figure-it-out way of doing things saved the day!!
I cant overstate my appreciation for TCR in general, and Cary specifically, for getting me out of jams that I am not able to figure out myself. Cary in particular was so generous, so gracious, and so just down-to-earth with his knowledge and time, and so responsive to my emergency. I cant even believe that he just came over to figure out my problem himself; as I am sure he is very busy keeping TCR working smoothly.
