They were on time and very knowledgeable. Quick to get work done and informing me of all the things I needed to do about their installation of hot water heater. And the best thing—–they have an actual human that answers the phone and talks to you about your needs, I called them on Friday and they were here on Monday. Can’t beat them.
Austin, did a great job and was very personable and professional. The work was done in a timely manner. Plus Austin took the time to answer quite a few questions I had to help determine the best course of action for replacing our hot water heater. He even cleaned up after himself and then some. Highly recommend.
The Neighborhood Plumber responded to my online inquiry and dispatched a service team promptly. Within an hour, a service truck was in my driveway. Will and his technician evaluated our issues and deployed the equipment to clear what was expected to be a stoppage in the sanitary drain line. As it turned out, the issue was either with the septic tank or field lines, neither of which are in the scope of service for this provider. Nevertheless, I am fully satisfied with the response, expertise, and professionalism of the service team, and enthusiastically recommend this outstanding local business.
