This the 2nd time I’ve used The Plumber. Each time, my experience with Josh, the owner, Alexis, the scheduler and the plumber was great. Good communication, easy to schedule and excellent service. This time the plumber was Ruben. I thought I had a bigger problem than I actually did. He was honest and showed me exactly where the leak was coming from and had it all fixed in about an hour. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again.
Outstanding Service from Ruben at The Plumber!
I can’t say enough good things about Ruben & the company “The Plumber!”Ruben came out to inspect a leak under my kitchen sink and my master bathroom faucet that was put on an inspection report because I sold my home. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He took the time to explain That there were no leaks and went onto to show me nothing was leaking. He did put a clamp on the hose under the sink.
Beyond his expertise, Ruben was friendly and wonderful, making the entire experience stress-free. It’s clear that The Plumber hires only the best, and now I understand why they have five stars and outstanding reviews—they truly deliver top-notch service! Also, a quick shout out to Alexis, who initially took my phone call and scheduled Ruben to my home. Ruben responded quickly for an urgent water pressure issue. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite and asked questions to thoroughly understand the situation.
