I worked with Todd in the past. He knows what he’s doing. He doesn’t sugar coat your problem. He’s honest, knowledgeable,hardworking and will repair your problem in a timely and cost efficient manner.
I simply can’t say enough good things or think of any bad things about him. Give him a try when your next plumbing problems arise.
Called them on 6-1-20 to replace a faucet on my off day on 6-12-20. I was told that would be no problem since I had called a week and a half early and would be contacted on Thursday 6-11-20 to set up a time. Thusday came and no call. Friday the 12th came no call so I called at 10:30 and was told my info was passed on and he would be calling me later. I was then called back by the nice lady who answers the phone and told to text her my address and he would be out later. So i did as asked and now 5 PM I’ve wasted my only weekday off for the next six weeks waiting for nothing and still no call.
Contact Never followed up after initial contact or keep their agreement to look at my project. Left several voice and text messages but never got a response.
Came out after hrs and corrected our issue in no time. Would definitely recommend them.
