One evening, water started leaking in our kitchen. At first, we thought the toilet had overflowed, but it turned out a rat had chewed through a water pipe between the walls. While my husband was turning the main water shutoff valve on and off, the valve broke. Late at night, we searched for a plumber who would be available the next day. We were surprised when Maximus answered the phone himself, even though it was so late. He explained he had other appointments but promised to call us the next morning. True to his word, Maximus called early and came over to replace the broken valve so we could have running water again. Later that day, he returned to fix the chewed-up pipe. It’s rare to find a plumber who answers the phone late at night, comes out early, and makes sure the job gets done right. We really appreciated the quick and caring service.
My water heater had a crack, so I reached out to several plumbing services for quotes. The prices I received from the other services, even when I was purchasing the water heater myself, were extremely high! Randall came out and, with my plan to get the water heater myself, their price was a third of the others. He pointed out that the water heater pan should be piped outside to prevent any water leaks in the garage. I agreed, and it was included in the quote he provided! While replacing the water heater, they found that the platform was rotted from the previous unit. Randall quickly contacted Kyle, who arrived within the hour and discovered that the walls had water damage too. This meant everything around the water heater had to be removed, which required shutting off the water. Randall went out to get supplies to create a temporary fix so we could have water until the demo was finished. They returned promptly after the demo was complete to install the new water heater. Thanks to the plumbing team, what could have been a stressful situation turned out to be a smooth experience! They were fantastic, knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, very quick!
We had quite a few tasks on our list, but our biggest worry was a slow leak under the sink caused by an old shutoff valve. Stanley and Dustin arrived promptly, identified a cracked valve fitting that was close to causing a real problem, and quickly turned off our water to start the repairs. They completed the work in much less time and for a lower cost than I had expected. I appreciate how they took the time to explain what needed to be done, what should be done in the future, and what was optional, rather than trying to scare us into spending more. This thoughtful approach is what makes them feel like family, and it’s why we’ve trusted our plumbing needs for 15 years in Hialeah.

Dustin managed to arrange a visit for me the following day to investigate the bubbling happening near my shower wall in Hialeah. I then met with Kyle, and he was able to identify the core issue and suggest a solution. He even took the extra effort to inspect my water heater and conduct a maintenance check on my soft water system. They were very clear and open in their explanations. I plan on utilizing their services to set up a purification system soon. The pricing they provided was quite fair and reasonable. I’m very grateful!
