As fall arrived this year, I finally needed to get a new roof put on my house, and so after a neighbor recommended the company they had just used for their roof replacement, I gave Diaz Top Roofing a call. From beginning to end of my roofing project, I received clear and prompt communication from the Diaz Top Roofing team, by phone, text, and email. Amy (the Top Roofing office manager) provided me continuity of communication between my sales person (Ever Diaz), and the on site project lead (Nestor Diaz). She also provided soft copies of all invoices and receipts for all payments I made during the project.
My project started on time and the required city permits for the work were secured by Diaz Top Roofing well in advance of the project start.
Once we were under way, Nestor Diaz provided frequent text communication about the progress being made by his team, from initial tear-off of my old roof, to necessary repair of the underlying wooden structure, and finally installation of the new roof. I was especially impressed that Nestor provided realtime drone photography of the work being performed on my roof, sending photos directly to my cellphone for me to look at and ask questions as needed. Also, he had me join him up on the roof after tear-off so I could personally evaluate the proposed repair work before we proceeded. I really appreciated his consultative approach.
Finally, when the work was completed, the Top Roofing team made sure that my yard and driveway were left clean and free of debris.
I highly recommend Diaz Top Roofing. The workmanship is first rate – we passed both city inspections (after tear-off and repair, and at completion of new roof), the entire team is friendly and professional, and they finished my entire project a day earlier than planned.
I would like to start off by saying Top Roofing has done a few projects in my neighborhood and every day I watch their workmanship and progress and it is an absolute top-notch very professional organization! Nester the on site foreman adhered to any concerns that I had about protecting plants and flowers Etc and was very attentive to my requests. Mr. Ever Diaz did a wonderful job assessing the complete job and offering any and all aspects of getting my roof done. Everything was put in writing with complete explanations and I found them to be very honest right from the start. I would like to thank them very much and also Amy in the office for overseeing all billing and warranties. The gentlemen working on the roof all seemed to be very happy and enjoying what they do and did not slack at all! Done in two and a half days and it looks awesome! Thank you again and will highly recommend them to other neighbors.
A friend recommended Diaz Top Roofing Services and I will be forever grateful of her recommendation. Amy, the OM, Ever, the Sales and Designer Rep and Nestor, the Field Manager, were extremely professional and punctual. I needed a new roof to be re-accepted by the insurance Co. Ever met with me and explained the process. Amy made sure I was kept up to date with permits and HOA forms and Nestor was on site with the crew sending me pictures and checking the work. The entire process was done in 3 days. My neighbors even came out and gave the team compliments and I, in turn, will continue to recommend this company.
